Over the years GlobVision has added to its watershed management monitoring systems an impressive array of remote sensing decision support tools and expertise that can enhance the forecasting of floods or droughts and the measurements of key environmental parameters relevant to water resources, such as soil moisture, roughness, snow water equivalent and snow depth. These developments make it more practical and affordable to monitor conditions in non-instrumented areas and improve the overall management of water resources.
